1. Information we process and why

• Account and identity: mobile number, login name, encrypted password, name or nickname, avatar, email, merchant, role, and store, for applications, sign-in, account management, access control, and support.
• Device and security: random installation ID, device name/type, OS and app version, IP address, sign-in time, network and error logs, for device authorization, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and security audits—not advertising profiles.
• Camera, photos, and files: only when you capture, select, or upload product media, contracts, avatars, or chat attachments. Refusal does not affect unrelated features.
• Microphone: only when you actively record audio or video. We do not continuously record in the background.
• Bluetooth and nearby devices: only when you scan for and use a Bluetooth printer. Some older Android versions link scanning to location permission; we do not use that permission to collect GPS movement.
• Business and customer data: may include customer names, mobile numbers, WeChat IDs, addresses, ID information, payment accounts, products, orders, contracts, messages, after-sales, and financial records entered and managed by the merchant.
• AI assistance: only when you initiate intelligent intake, image recognition, or copy assistance. Selected product images, prompts, and necessary context are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed.
• Electronic signatures: when you or the merchant initiates signing, contracts, signer name/mobile, and information required for lawful identity verification may be provided to eSign. eSign gives its own notice and obtains required consent.
• SMS verification: for registration, public account deletion, or other security checks, the mobile number, verification content, and delivery status are provided to Alibaba Cloud SMS.

2. Device permissions

Camera, photos/media, microphone, Bluetooth, and nearby-device permissions are requested only when the relevant feature is used. You can turn them off in system settings; only dependent features will be affected.

3. Cookies, analytics, and automated decisions

This legal site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not integrate advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling SDKs. The app does not use profiles for differential pricing or make solely automated decisions with a significant effect on you.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We disclose the minimum necessary information only to provide a requested feature, meet legal obligations, protect security, or with separate consent. Contracts and access controls restrict providers to agreed purposes. See the provider table below.

5. Storage and international transfers

The service is operated in mainland China, where personal and business data is generally stored. We do not currently initiate international transfers. If this changes, we will complete required procedures, give notice, and obtain separate consent where required.

6. Retention

• Account information is kept while the account exists. After deletion, sign-in is revoked immediately and unnecessary profile and temporary data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• SMS codes normally expire in five minutes; sending and security records are retained only as needed to prevent abuse and meet audit duties.
• Network operation and security logs are retained for at least six months where required, then deleted or anonymized.
• Deleted data in backups is overwritten within a rolling period of up to 90 days and is isolated for disaster recovery.
• Merchants determine retention of their business data. Transaction, contract, accounting, and audit records required by law are isolated until the applicable period expires, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, least privilege, audits, backups, and incident response. No internet service can be absolutely secure. We will mitigate and notify as required if an incident may affect your rights.

8. Your rights

You may view or correct certain account details and withdraw optional permissions in the app. You may also contact us to request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, an explanation, or withdrawal of consent. After identity verification, we generally respond within 15 business days.

You can request account deletion in App Settings → Account Security → Delete Account or on this website. Required merchant business and audit records are not deleted with a personal staff account.

9. Children

The service is intended for merchant personnel with full civil capacity, not children. If we learn that a child's information was processed without guardian consent, we will verify and handle it as required by law.

10. Changes

For material changes to purposes, methods, data categories, or rights, we will provide a prominent in-app or service notice and obtain renewed consent where required.
