乐客奢 Terms of Service

1. Service

乐客奢 provides merchant tools for products, customers, orders, contracts, inventory, chat, finance, printing, and AI assistance. Available features depend on the enabled version, plan, permissions, and current interface.

2. Accounts and authorization

• Provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. An account may be used only by its owner or personnel authorized by the merchant.
• Merchant administrators assign roles, stores, and permissions using least privilege.
• Protect passwords, codes, and devices. Do not sell, rent, lend, or transfer an account. Change your password and contact us if you detect misuse.

3. Merchant data responsibilities

The merchant controls customer, employee, contract, order, product, and financial data it enters and must have a lawful basis, give notices, manage access, and respond to rights requests.

You authorize us to host, transmit, back up, retrieve, and technically process that data to provide and secure the service. We do not use merchant data for unrelated purposes unless required by law.

4. Fees, trials, and changes

Some features may be trial-based or plan-based. Charges, term, renewals, and refunds are governed by the relevant order or separate commercial agreement.

5. AI assistance

AI-generated or recognized output can be incomplete, biased, or wrong. It is assistance only, not appraisal, legal, financial, or transaction advice. Review all output and take responsibility for final business decisions.

6. E-contracts and third parties

Electronic signing is provided by eSign or other providers. Signers may need to accept separate terms and complete identity or certificate steps. Verify the parties, content, authority, and recipients before signing.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass identity, permission, tenant-isolation, rate-limit, or security controls; scan, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights, or use the service for fraud, money laundering, illegal transactions, or unlawful activity.
• Do not scrape, export, share, or publish data beyond legitimate business-management needs.

8. Intellectual property

The software, interface, marks, documentation, and technology belong to us or their lawful owners. Merchants retain rights in lawfully uploaded content and grant the license necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the service.

9. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for security risk, illegality, infringement, nonpayment, lack of authority, or material breach, with a reasonable appeal channel where appropriate.

You may delete a personal account in the app or on the public web page. Merchant orders, contracts, products, finance, chat, and necessary audit records are not deleted with a staff account. A last administrator may need to transfer control; otherwise the merchant tenant may be frozen.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service. Interruptions caused by force majeure, public networks, third-party services, user devices, or lawful maintenance are handled to the extent allowed by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first negotiate; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court at the domicile of Shenzhen Zhishe Technology Co., Ltd., subject to mandatory law.
